A: Ordering with H&Z is quick and simple:
- Browse our collection and select the product you want.
- Choose your size, color, and quantity, then click Add to Cart.
- Log in (or create an account), then proceed through our secure checkout process.
- Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an order summary via email, and it will also be saved in your account.
For future purchases, This will open your cart with the same items, and you can easily adjust quantities or swap products before checkout.
A: Yes H&Z offers Customized T-shirts featuring your design, Picture, logo, or text. Once your order is confirmed, our team will produce your T-shirt and ship it within the agreed timeframe.
Please note: We currently only ship within Pakistan, and delivery times may vary based on your location and order details.
A: At H&Z, we want you to have the best possible shopping experience. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date your order arrives.
If 7 days have passed since you received your parcel, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item.
Customized or personalized products (including custom T-shirts) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
To request a return or exchange, email us at support@handzpak.com with your order details, and our team will guide you through the process.
A: Sign in to your account and go to My Account. From there, you can update your delivery address and other contact information.
Note: If your order has already been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
A: If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to receive it first and then request a return. To cancel or arrange a return, contact us at support@handzpak.com with your order details.

A: Yes once your parcel has been shipped, we will email you a tracking code so you can monitor your delivery status online.

A: Yes if you require urgent delivery within Pakistan, please email us at support@handzpak.com before placing your order. Our team will reply within 24 hours to confirm availability and delivery options.
