Return & Exchange Policy

At H&Z, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Customized or personalized products (including custom T-Shirts) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for size issues or product defects within 7 days of delivery.

  • If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we’ll offer you an alternative or a store credit.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

  1. Email us at support@handzpak.com or message us on our official page with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior communication will not be accepted.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 12–15 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
